Larkspur Carroll, DVM
Raised in a bustling East Coast racing family who saddled Graded Stakes winners for storied owners such as the Farish's to graduating from Fair Hill Pony Club, Dr. Carroll's professional life has been one surrounded by horses and extraordinary individuals.
A graduate of University of Maryland and Ohio State, Dr. Caroll went on to intern at Rood and Riddle in Lexington, Kentucky, later earning her certification through Chi Institute of Chinese Medicine and International Veterinary Chiropractic Association.
An in demand Chiropractic practitioner for race horses, sport horses and canine, she opened her CORE Therapies practice and the company has since then expanded to include PEMF, Laser, Acupuncture and other sports medicine therapies.
In addition to galloping racehorses, Dr. Caroll also campaigns her off the track Thoroughbred in eventing, as well as to advocating for a cure for pancreatic cancer through her own Team Neigh Neigh, owning and managing Apple Ridge Farm, and being a mother.
Tiffany Gish (Administrative Assistant)
Tiffany is a native of small-town Rockport, IN where she began riding horses at the age of 7. Her love of everything horses started from the first lesson. She went on to attend Murray State University, earning a Bachelor's Degree of Science of Agriculture in Equine Science with a minor in Veterinary Medicine. From Murray, she moved back home to Indiana where she worked as a manager at Tractor Supply Co. before coming back to Kentucky to take at job at Orchard Park, LLC. Prior to joining the CORE team in April of 2022, Tiffany gained experience in equine reproduction. She lives in Lexington with her two horses Ebony's Black Magic and Brutal Spartan. In her free time she enjoys drawing, riding her horses, and settling down with a good book.

Jenna Doktor (Massage Therapist and Therapies)
Jenna Doktor grew up in Western New York in a small town named Pembroke. With a background with Hunter-Jumpers and an interest in horse and rider biomechanics, she quickly found herself on the rehabilitation path. Jenna attended Morrisville State College in Morrisville, NY to receive an education based on equine science. Covering everything from nutrition, genetics, training, and eventually rehabilitation, this school gave her the bases to create a foundation for her career in the horse industry. Here she learned how to use therapeutic modalities for the horse, covering hydrotherapies, PEMF, laser, therapeutic ultrasound, and many others. Jenna moved down to Aiken, SC for an internship where she learned therapeutic equine massage and electrical stimulation. Upon completing this amazing opportunity learning with 5* and Olympic level athletes, she graduated with a Bachelor’s in Equine Science and Rehabilitation. Jenna then began her own equine massage business, JD Equine Bodywork, servicing Aiken and the surrounding areas for the past year. Now in Lexington, KY working under Dr. Larkspur Carroll of CORE Therapies, she is utilizing her skills with massage and other therapeutic equipment. Her focus is to help the equine athlete feel and perform their best, while coordinating with owners to create a team for maintaining their potential, as well.
