Although a large portion of our practice is Thoroughbreds of all ages and racehorse's in training, we have an increasing population of sporthorses in our practice. We are proud to work with horses of all demographics.

Who We Are

CORE Therapies' was founded in 2008 by Larkspur Carroll, DVM. Raised in a bustling racing family, it was no surprise that she went into equine medicine. She made it her goal to improve equine health and wellbeing through noninvasive, therpeutic and comprehensive ways.
